All software source code, interface designs, trademarks, brand assets, logos, and technical documentation associated with Plus Software, PlusClinic, PlusLMS, and PlusDICOM Converter are the exclusive intellectual property of Plus Software and IT Technologies and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use the platforms strictly in accordance with their respective service agreements.

3. Service Commitments and SLA

Plus Software strives to maintain 99.9% platform availability across our cloud hosting infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows and disaster recovery operations are conducted with advance notice to minimize any operational disruption.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Plus Software maintains high engineering and security standards, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, user misconfigurations, or force majeure events.
